"AAGAAZ" 2011-13
On 11th July, 2011, IILM Academy, Jaipur inaugurated “AAGAAZ” 2011-13, its one week long bridge course for 2011-13 PGDM batch. The program consisting of various activities and sessions on foundation classes of Business Mathematics for managers, Accounting, Finance, Communications Skills and Personality Development, was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp & Saraswati vandana. The bridge course will also include an industrial visit to Jaipur Rugs and corporate lectures from industry experts.
On this occasion, Dr. S.P. Jalan, Director, IILM Academy, Jaipur, talked about the salient features of the institute. In his welcome address he said that these two years of PDGM will be the most crucial years in shaping their career, hence the students should work hard and carry the right attitude. This shall open the gate of new opportunities.

Ms. Ajeta Bhatia, Associate Dean, IILM-AHL while addressing the students advised them to take full advantage of various opportunities available at the campus which would help in their holistic development.
Mr. Vinay Chirania, Training and Placement Head spoke on how passion for job is important for long term successful career. In another session Mr.Vikramjeet Singh, Head Industry Engagement, IILM Academy, Jaipur, briefed students on, “The seven habits of highly influential people. “ He said if the students imbibe these habits they are guaranteed to be successful in all aspects of life.

A special session was conducted by Corporate guest Mr. Anand Soni, Director Event, Marriot UK, an alumni of IILM-Academy, Jaipur. He illuminated the students on the importance of PDGM course. He said,” In order to compete with the global market and to harness the opportunities thrown open to them, newspapers, journals, magazines, etc must become the integral part of the students” life. He further talked on the importance of work life balance. He urged that it is very crucial to play with the inner fears and emerge as a winner; this can be achieved through team work and people management. Elucidating on the qualities of successful managers he said, “A person who knows self management as well as people management would undoubtly be a successful manager.”
On this occasion different, department heads of examinations, administration, accounts, and discipline briefed the students about their norms, rules & regulations. The program was coordinated by Mr. S. Shyam Prasad & Ms Sonal Katewa, Faculty, IILM, Jaipur.
