We are delighted to bring out maiden issue of compiled cases under the umbrella of IILM University Case Research Centre (IILMU-CRC), which is a culmination of plethora of efforts.
High quality research is leading to corresponding high quality theories that are finding their place in the real world of application. IILM University Case Research Centre brings forth an opportunity for researchers across disciplines to create knowledge for application in the world of work. The Case Research Centre of the University is dedicated to provide forum for exchange of ideas across disciplines, publishes innovative, empirical and conceptual cases which has an inclusive ethos and is open to a wide range of methodological approaches and philosophical underpinnings.
I owe a heartfelt thanks to all the contributors of cases. I feel privileged to be associated with IILMU-CRC which constantly thrives upon high quality of research. Cases published in this issue have gone through internal review committee and the comments received from experts have helped to improve upon the quality of work. In this pursuit I extend my immense gratitude to a very dedicated team of editors Dr.Vidhisha Vyas, Dr. Bindu Agrawal, Dr. Subramanian and Dr. Bhavna Pandey for their relentless and untiring efforts in this regard.
